Demag Cranes AG renamed Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions AG

Demag Cranes AG has been renamed Terex Material Handling & Port Solutions AG, and registered at the commercial registry in Düsseldorf. The renaming was approved at the Annual General Meeting of the former Demag Cranes AG on May 15, 2013.
