Dr. Michael W. Ernestus Elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Demag Cranes AG

Düsseldorf,   29. September 2011

During today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of Demag Cranes AG elected Dr. Michael W. Ernestus (62) as its Chairman with immediate effect. Dr. Ernestus succeeds Burkhard Schuchmann (68), who resigned his office and left the Supervisory Board of Demag Cranes AG on 23 September 2011.

Dr. Ernestus is one of the partners of Investment Bank Andersen Partners LLC, New York, USA, and has almost forty years of experience in international banking.
